I wasn't familiar with this brand before they sent in these - and I am so glad they did. These are delicious and addictive. This is one recipe I wish MY grandmother would have shared with me. Initially the thought of a brown sugar coffee cake biscotti wasn't that exciting - until I tasted it. WOW! One biscotti 120 calories, 6 grams of fat, only 30 mg of sodium, 16 grams of carbs with 8 grams of sugars and 2 grams of protein. Individually wrapped so great for snacking anytime.
