These are terrific. A proprietary blend of buckwheat, black beans, amaranth, sorghum, mesquite, quinoa is the basis for this gluten free flour that is tasty and crispy. Don't worry, you'll hardly taste the kale, this recipe has the perfect balance of it - just adds a little zing. 12 crackers are 6 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein, 3 grams of sugars and 230 mg of sodium. On first bite, the crackers do taste a tiny bit sweet, so be prudent on what toppings you add. Or just eat them plain out of the box. They are that good.
