Instant Maple Oatmeal with Quinoa is a HIT!
I want my Maypo! That was one of the TV spots that I grew up watching and hearing. This new iteration of the classic could be a sleeper hit of the year. Whole grain oats with quinoa - perfect for 2016 and beyond. Just a hint of maple makes this a terrific meal for breakfast or anytime. 170 calories in a half cup with just 2.5 grams of fat, only 75 mg of sodium, 5 grams of protein and 4 grams of sugars. I understand why they wanted the package to bring back memories, but like to see a more contemporary design. Great addition to the cereal aisle. Microwaves in 2 minutes.
