Skinny Salamis is a HIT!

Building on the street food craze, now you can have that lamb shawarma in a stick! These mini salamis have great aroma and great flavor - spices are just right. One note is that the salami is a bit tougher than I like - so my recommendation is to slice these up and top on a salad. I tried plain and on a salad - and that's the way to go for me! Too chewy otherwise. One salami is just 90 calories, 5 grams of fat, no sugars added (yay!) 10 grams of protein with 510 mg of sodium (boo!).
