These are surprisingly good. They came out crisp. The taste is delicious. I know I sound surprised. I really wasn't expecting much from a muffin that is grain free. I'm impressed. One muffin, that is top and bottom, is just 98 calories with 5 grams of protein and 7 grams of fat. Made from a recipe of eggs, almond flour, water, coconut flour and spices, Imported from Canada, who seems to do gluten-free among the best! In the frozen food case.
