Mrs. Renfro's is one of my favorite salsas, and this one made with Texas Red Amber Ale from Rahr & Sons Brewery is delicious. It's a medium hot salsa with just the right amount of beer flavor - not overpowering. Two tablespoons is just 15 calories, no fat, 170 mg of sodium, 2 grams of sugars, one added sugars. I tried this plain and on a baked potato and all I can say it whomever came up with this recipe - thank you!
