Qi'a Superflakes is a HIT!
Breakfast is the most important nutritionally speaking meal of the day, so I'm thrilled when I see these new cereals hitting the shelves. Sprouted sorghum flour, whole grain corn meal, chia seeds! One cup is 230 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 6 grams of sugars, 5 grams of protein and only 70 mg of sodium (calculated without any milk added). One note: I found the coconut a little overpowering, like to see that cut back just a little bit. Contains 50% of the daily value of Omega-3s.
