Pinon Coffee is a HIT!
This really is a curated coffee made in batches of 25 pounds at a time. The Pinon is the official state tree of New Mexico, looks like a small pine tree, and carries much folklore including that it's nut is an aphrodisiac. The coffee is delicious and smooth. What I have to wonder about though is the ingredient label that says "may contain flavoring" - those words were a real turn off for me. Does it? or not? And if it does, what flavoring has been added?
