Technically this isn't tea, it's an herbal supplement. It's caffeine free, imported from India and while I tried only two cups and couldn't tell if it would make me harmonized and stress free, I can tell you the aroma and flavor make you imagine that way of being. A recipe of holy basil, tulsi, turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, black pepper, clove and a bit of Stevia. According to Ayurveda, holy basil - not to be confused with basil, promotes purity and lightness in the body, cleansing the respiratory tract of toxins, and relieving digestive gas and bloating.
