Organic + Gluten-Free is a HIT!
I have not been a fan of gluten-free pastas until this one. Cooks perfectly and not gummy even when it cools off. A recipe of white rice flour, pea protein and sprouted brown rice flour is the secret. The bite of the pasta is perfect. 8 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat, 200 calories in a 2 ounce portion, which is all you need as the pasta is very filling. 40 grams of carbs, no sugars and 60 mg of sodium. You don't have to be gluten free to enjoy this pasta.
