Typically I am not a fan of the taste of cheese spreads - but this is an exception. The taste is spicy, rich and full of flavor. First ingredient is Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar Cheese - that's a great start, but a look at the other ingredients ... made my eyes blur. This is so good - but please, clean up the ingredient list! 2 tablespoons are 140 calories, 13 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein and 0 grams of sugars.
