This is very cool. Its a recipe of pure fruit puree with organic cane sugar added that creates these grape sized snacks - 7 in a pouch that is a great snack for kids lunch boxes or adults mid afternoon. Very very tasty! One pouch is just 25 calories, no fat, 10 mg of sodium, 10 mg of potassium, 5 grams of naturally occurring and added sugars. Really a smart idea. A little more expensive than I'd like.
