I happen to love hard boiled eggs. Eating them plain with a tiny bit of salt, or as eggs ala russe. In fact my roommate in college's girlfriend once said kissing a man without a mustache is like eating a hard boiled egg without salt. These are great - better than when I make my own. Each one was perfect. Tasty. Fresh. Organic, certified humane, free range, non gmo feed no added hormones or antibiotics.  Well done Pete & Gerry! One egg is 60 calories, 4 grams of fat, 6 grams of protein and 60 grams of sodium.  Expensive at around 75 cents an egg.
