The blue cheese is not overpowering and is made with Blue Creamery Blue Heaven Cheese - one of Oregon's most famous blue cheese brands. It's actually a cheese powder that is a blend of Oregon Blue, Oregonzola, Crater Lake Blue and their special reserve blue cheeses and is made from rBST free raw whole cow's milk and aged over 90 days. How are the chips? A little thicker, very crispy and not greasy at all. You could use to dip, but don't -  the chip is great by itself!  About 13 chips is 150 calories, 9 grams of fat, 210 mg of sodium and 3 grams of protein.
