This steak was one of the best I've ever made at home. 100% grass fed, no added hormones or antibiotics with 30% less calories and 42% less fat than a choice cut of ribeye and it is delicious. I pan fried it for 7 minutes and Wow! 21 grams of protein in just 4 ounces, 188 calories and just 12 grams of fat. I also love the package where you can see the entire steak and don't have to guess what's on the other side. Imported from New Zealand. I've been there and always order a steak, now I don't have to travel as far.
