Southern Hot Sauce is a HIT!
They say this Southern Hot Sauce is aged in bourbon barrels, which is probably why there is just a hint of sweet - as there is no sugars added. The burn is clean and smooth and comes from the Fresno Chili Peppers which are red and medium sized, about 2 inches long, similar to the Jalepeno and grown in Californai. As I wish for all things hot, I would like to see a Scoville rating on the label so people can compare the hottness to their tastes. 1 teaspoon is zero calories and just 75 grams of sodium. A good sauce to spice up just about any food or beverage. On the expensive side for what it is.
