This is a really good mainstay product to have in your freezer. All the ingredients are good. Chicken without antibiotics. Grains, beans, veggies. All good. Just 380 calories, 15 grams of fat and 16 grams of protein. Sodium is high at 610 mg and you can actually taste that it is a bit too salty. My problem with the taste is there really is no outstanding flavor profile. You'll need to add some hot sauce or other spices to give it a zip. My recommendation is if you don't want to change the recipe, add a spice pack so people can add to taste.
