OK, why two "L"s in chilli? Come on if you are trying to be cute, tell us somewhere on the label why. Or is it a printer's mistake? The spice blend has a nice smokey flavor, and since this is the "mild" flavor, there is no kick to it. I could see sprinkling this on eggs, fish even vegetables. As far as chili itself? I like mine with a bit more heat. The spelling drove me crazy, so yes I googled. The correct spelling is chile. "i" at the end is Americanized and the two "L"s is the British spelling and refers to both hot and sweet peppers. I know, more than you want to know. Just 50 mg of sodium!
