OK this brand is all about sustainability and good health. They test every tuna for its mercury level and their limit standards are 10 times more strict than the FDA's.  It also contains more Omega 3s than other leading brands. And one can? 35 grams of protein. You can buy it for that, but I'll buy it for the taste. One of the best, if not the best canned tuna I've ever had. It is expensive at $5 a can, though.
