Ramen Bowl is a HIT!
Saffron Road does it again, and again! I'm a huge fan of the company, what it stands for and its foods. This ramen bowl is different and delicious. Made with bone broth and shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, scallions and dark meat chicken raised without antibiotics. Just add 4 ounces of water and microwave for 3 minutes and you'll have a delicious meal. One bowl is just 220 calories, 4 grams of fat, 680 mg of sodium that I would like to see lower, 1 gram of sugars with no added sugar and 15 grams of protein. I wish every company would be so good!
