Squeezable Sauerkraut is a HIT!

I love sauerkraut and this is so smart. Makes me wonder why someone hasn't thought of this before! I don't buy as much sauerkraut as I'd like to because they either come in those large jars or those big plastic bags. This is a perfect solution! And this idea of being able to squeeze it right on a hot dog or sandwich, voila! The sauerkraut itself is excellent with the right flavor and crunch. I'll keep one of these in my fridge all year long. 2 tablespoons about what you would use on one hot dog, is just ten calories, zero fat, zero sugars but does have 250 mg of sodium. Makes me wonder what other foods should come in a similar easy to use package.
