I love this meal. The shrimp were tender - and I even microwaved them! The sauce of extra virgin olive oil, garlic and other seasons was so good I sopped it up with a piece of bread. Based on 7 shrimp its 130 calories, 7 grams of fat, 370 mg of sodium that i wish was lower, 1 gram of sugars and 13 grams of protein. Try these, but one note... when they come out of the freezer the shrimp look large because the sauce is frozen around them, when it cooks the shrimp itself is about half the size  - and smaller than what you see on the package.
