Shrimp & Veggie Griller is a HIT!

This is so easy and so delicious. I prepared in the oven, just took the shrimp, then the peppers and onions, mixed in the foil cooking bag - then added the seasoning blend (I only added about half), shook and baked for 45 minutes. The shrimp and vegetables came out great. The shrimp is certified sustainable and farm raised and tender. Next time I would probably use my own seasonings to spice it up a bit more and add a couple more ingredients - like diced pineapple. I love this concept! One-third of the package is only 100 calories, 1 gram of fat with 11 grams of protein and only 300 mg of sodium. Good food and easy for everyone to make.
