I love this steak sauce, and typically I don't like steak sauce; whomever created this recipe deserves a raise! The addition of the horseradish - which you can smell instantly when you open the jar - makes this an extraordinary sauce, but not for those that like their foods bland. I can see adding this to a bunch of foods well beyond steak. One tablespoon is 30 calories, no fat, 230 mg of sodium and 6 grams of sugars.
