Horseradish is a HIT!

This is a creamy and very flavorful horseradish with just the right amount of kick and smoke flavor. I could definitely see this on beef or fish. They recommend using as a dip, but I think its too creamy and would run off a chip. Also would be great on sandwiches. One tablespoon is 45 calories, 4 grams of fat, 115mg of sodium, with 2 grams of carbs of which one gram is added sugars. Well done recipe!
