Tuscan Inspired Pizza is a HIT!

I've reviewed Smart Flour foods before and loved them - and this pizza joins the list. It's hard to imagine that this pizza is gluten-free as the crust cooked perfectly and tastes great. The Genoa Salami and Pepperoni are delicious and does not taste too salty - half the pizza does have 1020 mg of sodium along with 16 grams of fat and 340 calories and 13 grams of protein. The cheese is a terrific blend of mozzarella and provolone. Two notes - I'd like to see the pepperoni sliced instead of cubed and a little more tomato sauce. The crust is made from a blend of ancient grains, cheese is from dairy cows without synthetic hormones and the pork was vegetarian fed and raised without antibiotics. Tasty and a great company.
