This is one great chocolate milkshake! And it's made with skim milk and vegetables! One container is 110 calories, no fat, 5 grams of protein but does have 18 grams of sugars - I'd like to see that lowered. They use Dutch Cocoa and you can taste the difference. Kids and adults will enjoy and get a half a serving of veggies in every box. Even though the brand touts "sneaking in the veggies" I promise you won't have to worry, the taste is that good.
