A terrific start to the summer. You can taste the pieces of real coconut and this recipe, with skim milk is delicious. Its also very satisfying and has a great mouthfeel like some of the other coconut bars that are on the market. One bar is just 110 calories, 4 grams of fat, just 25 mg of sodium, 1 gram of protein - but does have 18 grams of sugars...so occasional, not every day.
