Just pears, rolled oats, carrots, maple syrup and allspice - all of which are organic. Nothing else. 110 calories, 1 gram of fat, 2 grams of protein and 13 grams of sugars. Delicious, perfect mouthfeel and a great way to start babies eating well. Not too sweet.
