Fit Kitchen is a HIT!

This is a very good meal. There is a lot of food, it will satisfy and it contains 27 grams of protein in just 380 calories. The chicken and the vegetables cooked perfectly and while the chicken strips aren't as big as they appear to be on the package they are a good size and very tender. The peppers give it a nice flavor zing, but I do feel someone went a bit overboard with the chili powder and the salt; which is a whopping 940 mg per package. Definitely a hit with just 6 grams of fat and 8 grams of sugars - but please do something to lower the sodium!
