I have to admit I am a loyal customer of the original Superpretzel and always have a box in my freezer at home. So, when these multi grain ones came in I was skeptical. I was wrong. They are different, more on that in a sec, but delicious. One pretzel is 170 calories, 3 grams of fat, 0 sugars with 6 grams of protein and 11 grams of whole grains. The differences are that unlike the original there isn't the typical pretzel crust on the outside and the honey gives it a slightly sweet taste. 30 seconds in the microwave. I didn't add the salt packet - just ate plain, and then with some mustard (a Philadelphia tradition!).
