Tajin Clasico Seasoning
This is sort of a strange seasoning. While it is high in sodium at 185 mg for just one-quarter teaspoon, you really don't taste the salt, or the chili peppers which is the first ingredient. What you do taste is the lime - from dehydrated lime juice which clearly overpowers any other flavor. I do like the package with these indents for easy to use manuevering - but to be honest, that's about all I like. Sorry.... Imported from Talisco Mexico, which is beautiful - I've been there!
