As we told you a few reviews ago, A2 milk is cow's milk that contains predominantly the A2 type of beta-casein protein rather than the more common A1 protein commonly found in regular milk.  No growth hormones or antibiotics. The chocolate taste is delicious and made with Dutch cocoa.  One cup is 170 calories, 5 grams of fat, 240 mg of sodium, which is almost double their plain milk, 9 grams of protein and 22 grams of naturally occurring and added sugars.
