This is a tasty, soft, spreadable Swiss cheese imported from France. It's a bit too spreadable for my liking, but works great with the crispy bread sticks that come in two compartment package. This is a great on-the-go snack for both kids and adults. One pack is 6 grams of fat, 230 mg of sodium, 2 grams of sugars and 4 grams of protein - just 100 calories. No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
