This actually comes from One Campbell Place in Camden NJ and you know who's there; and it's great, tasty, convenient, affordable and good for everybody. I love the fact that it comes in these pouches versus the plastic cups (although the pouch is plastic too) and for every packaged purchase they give one to a regional food bank. Non-GMO certified. One package is 160 calories, 3.5 grams of fat, no sodium or sugars and 5 grams of protein. I made it by just adding 1/2 cup of boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes. Rolled oats, red quinoa, chia and flax. That's it. As they used to say...Mmmmm...good!
