These are delicious and so easy. Just wrap in a wet paper towel and microwave for 4 minutes, a meal that will delight the whole family you'll want to keep a stockpile in your freezer. Hand wrapped in corn husks, these are authentic and the real thing!  This is perfect and easy for your superbowl party. The shredded chicken and sauce is perfect. One tamale is 260 calories, 16 grams of fat, 3 grams of naturally occurring sugars and 11 grams of protein - but a higher than I'd like to see 460 mg of sodium. Expensive, but worth it.
