Gluten Free Bread is a HIT!

This really is one of the best gluten free breads I've tasted. I like the fact that they are slicing it a bit thicker than ordinary breads and the mouth feel of the bread is hearty - not too soft but definitely not gritty like some others. One slice is 120 calories, 4 grams of fat, 230 mg of sodium - way too high for one slice - 21 grams of carbs of which 3 grams are added sugars and 2 grams of protein. One complaint - shoppers want to read ingredients and you are making it very difficult when you print a condensed, all caps white lettering on green. See how easy it is to read white on brown?
