The first thing you'll notice is that this dessert is midnight - brown - not the green that is usually associated with mint. The next thing is the extraordinary flavor combo of the peppermint maple syrup and cacao. Third an extraordinary mouth feel - so creamy - thanks to a brilliant recipe base of cashews. This is delicious! Vegan, Paleo, Dairy & Soy Free. One-half cup is 250 calories, 14 grams of fat, 21 grams of sugars and 5 grams of protein - also 510 mg of sodium which I wish was less. Very expensive, but if you are looking for vegan, this one can't be beat.
