If you you're struggling to get your kids to eat vegetables, you might be interested in this: A California produce grower, recently launched Mighty Mini Meals where they grow miniature size hybrids of various produce like, broccoli, peppers, carrots and cucumbers. Founder April Chiste told NPR, "Research has shown that foods with play value can make them more appealing to kids…. So we thought, why not take that idea and apply it to healthy snacks?" DISNEY GOES GLUTEN FREE! Every kids favorite playground just got a little more appealing! For certain dietary needs anyway. Bakery NYC, previously known as BabyCakes, a vegan and gluten-free bakery, has been stationed in the Downtown Disney Marketplace. Founder, Erin McKenna, told the Huffington Post that she brought her gluten-free and vegan shop to the theme park to help make Disney more about the magic for everyone.
