Hybrid Meat

Hybrid meat is one thing that people are looking at very, very carefully.  Plant-based is currently stalled while Cellular agriculture is not. What a lot of people are saying is that hybrid meat, a combination of plant-based with real meat or cellular agriculture with real meat, could be what the future holds due to a taste and psychological standpoint.  That phrase is now called hybrid meat and this was released at the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture 2023 annual meeting. The members advocated for standards that ensure clear and consistent labeling for cell-based meat products. That's a must have for all of us.
