Day 6
The barbecuing tools of the trade - a cleaning brush is a must, and the key to making the perfect hotdog... you'll have to watch for that one... Two sets of tongs will help with food safety, an instant read thermometer will save your guests from charred burgers, and don't compromise on your meats, even if you spend a little more, it'll be worth it.
