Peachy Banana Smoothie

A smoothie is a great option for an uplifting breakfast, and this one is packed with fruits to help you start the day right.

Ingredients

  • 1, 8-oz bottle chilled Homemade Vanilla Ensure® Clinical Strength*
  • 1, whole medium banana
  • 1, 15-oz can peaches, drained
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 5 to 7 ice cubes

 

Preparation

Peel banana and cut it into chunks. Place the chunks into a blender with the drained peaches. Add nutmeg, Ensure, sugar, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve immediately.
