This naturally and artificially flavored snack is gluten free and uses sucralose, sugar, fructose and polydextrose to reduce the amount of sugars to 8 grams. The bar has 12 grams of fat and 6 grams of protein and is 200 calories. The taste is a nice balance between the peanuts, caramel and chocolate flavored coating, although it is a tiny bit chalky. This is certainly a good alternative for people who have diabetes and are watching their carbs; for others? Not so much.
