Japanese Green Tea is a HIT!
It's tea time - all week long! Typically I am not a fan of Green tea, but this recipe of Sencha, Matcha and toasted brown rice is much smoother, less astringent and exceptional -- and could make me a Green tea lover. Imported from the southwest of part Japan and grown in mineral rich volcanic soil. I love the flavor profile graphic that is on the side of the box. Steep for just one minute. One note, they say lower levels of caffeine, but would like to see the exact amount on the box as well. Also in a mesh oversize tea bag for perfect brewing.
