First let me say these are some of the best olives I have ever tasted. Second it's imported from Greece (which is why the olives are so good!). What's interesting is how they are being marketed - as a probiotic with live active cultures, in fact with 55 million CFUs per jar. Just the organic olives, with water, sea salt and organic wine vinegar. But you'll love them because they are delicious. A serving of 3 to 4 olives are just 35 calories, 3.5 grams of fat, no sugars, but 330 mg of sodium which I would really like to see lowered.
