All I can say is delicious and I want more! These are the best and simplest pancakes you have got to make. I thought that this variety would be too gimmicky - but not so. The chocolate is wonderful, the pieces of peppermint and chocolate chips a delight. forget the syrup - a dollop of whipped cream is all you need. Yes, I know this looks like it's just for kids and probably to serve only at holiday time - but  not so. This can make every day a treat. But remember that two 4 inch pancakes does have 9 grams of sugars and 120 calories - so maybe just for every other day?
