Balsamic Fig & Mascarpone is a HIT!
It's July and that means it's Ice Cream Month! Mascarpone is a mild triple-creme Italian cheese made from cream and is mixed in this ice cream with grass-fed milk and cream to create a smooth delicious and lighter tasting treat. There are pieces of dried figs and swirls of balsamic vinegar mixed in to create a truly gourmet ice cream. This is an ice cream to enjoy without any toppings and once you get started you'll want to eat the entire container. One-half cup is 190 calories, 9 grams of fat, 22 grams of sugars with 4 grams of protein. Expensive. Worth it.
