Imagine, beef jerky made with grass fed beef, and you can tell the difference. The texture is perfect, not tough and not too soft and chewy - what jerky should be. The teriyaki marinade is delicious and made with gluten free soy sauce and tamari. One ounce, about a third of the package, is only 80 calories and one gram of fat. It does contain 10 grams of protein and 7 grams of sugars. The sodium is lower than many other jerkys - 280 mg due to the soy sauce, but still like to see that a bit lower.
