Wow! Simple ingredients, fabulous taste! Made from Yukon Golds with a great recipe of spices, you will love these. And you can actually see the spices. Two hash browns per cellophane package and 4 packs in a box. They recommend making in a toaster oven, I did and also tried in a microwave. Stick with the toaster oven. Very satisfying and not greasy at all. Two hash browns are 106 calories, 6 grams of fat, 193 grams of sodium, which I wish was a bit lower and just over one gram of protein.
