You have to give Cup Noodles credit for trying as they add a full serving of vegetables - carrots, bok choy and edamame. The taste is better than most of these semi-instant soups. I tried it both in the microwave and by just adding boiling water. But the ingredients and nutritionals really need work. One cup is 350 calories, 11 grams of fat, 1,080 mg of sodium (whoa) 52 grams of carbs of which 11 grams are sugars and 4 grams of added sugars and 9 grams of protein. Just by adding dried veggies doesn't make it healthy. You can taste the salt and the sugars.
